Including: A terminal device receives first indication information from a network device, where the first indication information indicates a priority of a first minimization of drive-tests MDT configuration; the terminal device determines a result of comparison between the priority of the first MDT configuration and a priority of a second MDT configuration; and the terminal device determines, based on the comparison result, whether to execute the first MDT configuration, where the second MDT configuration is an MDT configuration used by the terminal device in a measurement process. In this application, the terminal device can use an appropriate MDT configuration to complete the measurement process, thereby improving MDT measurement efficiency.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus are provided to improve network performance. A first network element obtains a to-be-input first measurement quantity and obtains a first artificial intelligence (AI) model. The first network element inputs the to-be-input first measurement quantity into the first AI model to obtain a first policy output by the first AI model and the first network element executes the first policy. When determining that an exception occurs when the first policy is executed, the first network element sends, to a second network element, indication information indicating that the exception occurs when the first policy is executed. A network element may perceive an execution status of executing, by another network element, a policy obtained based on an AI model so that network performance can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Embodiments of this application provide example data transmission methods and related apparatuses. One example method includes obtaining, by a first communication device, scrambling policy indication information, where the scrambling policy indication information indicates a scrambling policy used by the first communication device. The first communication device scrambles data for an AI model based on the scrambling policy indication information to obtain scrambled data. The first communication device sends the scrambled data to a second communication device.

One example method includes receiving, by a terminal device, configuration information of an artificial intelligence (AI) function from a network device. The terminal device determines, based on the configuration information, whether to enable the AI function. In some examples, the AI function includes at least one type of AI function, and different types of AI functions correspond to different degrees of collaboration between the network device and the terminal device.

Abstract: This application provides a wireless communication method and a communication apparatus. In the method, a terminal device reports, to a radio access network device, one or more groups of AI capability information supported by the terminal device, and the radio access network device determines AI resource requirement information respectively corresponding to the one or more groups of AI capability information, and can further determine, based on the AI resource requirement information, how to perform AI configuration for the terminal device. In this way, the terminal device can properly and effectively use an AI function, thereby improving efficiency of collaboration between the terminal device and the radio access network device.

The method includes: A first terminal device receives first information from a first network device, where the first information indicates a first resource for carrying fourth information, the fourth information is cell handover information of a plurality of terminal devices, and the first terminal device is one of the plurality of terminal devices; and the first terminal device receives the fourth information on the first resource. This can reduce signaling overheads caused by cell handover of a plurality of users and improve resource utilization.
