    Abstract: A method of preparing a mesoporous Fe—Cu—SSZ-13 molecular sieve includes activating an aluminum source, a silicon source, an iron source and a copper source respectively; mixing the activated minerals with sodium hydroxide, water and a seed crystal at 25-90° C., while controlling feeding amounts of respective raw materials so that molar ratios of respective materials in a synthesis system are as follows: SiO2/Al2O3=10-100, SiO2/Fe2O3=30-3000, SiO2/CuO=1-100, Na2O/SiO2=0.1-0.5, H2O/SiO2=10-50, template/SiO2=0.01-0.5; adding an acid source to adjust pH of the system for first aging; and adding the acid source again to adjust the pH of the system for second aging to obtain aged gel; pouring an aged mixture into a kettle; cooling a crystallized product and filtering to remove a liquor; washing a filter cake; drying to obtain a solid; performing ion exchange; and filtering, washing and drying the solid to obtain powder; and placing the powder in a muffle furnace.

    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of petroleum processing, and specifically relates to a method for preparing a catalyst for inferior residual oil suspended bed hydrocracking. Using sol-gel method and hydrothermal method, a mesoporous ?-Fe2O3 catalyst suitable for inferior residual oil suspended bed hydrocracking with a high specific surface area was prepared, based on FeCl3.6H2O, Fe2(SO4)3.xH2O as inorganic iron source, and cheap sawdust powder as template. The present invention proposes to prepare a ?-Fe2O3 material with a mesoporous structure, a high specific surface area and a high pore volume using cheap raw materials and a simple and green synthesis process. The material as a catalyst has a good application effect in the heavy oil suspended bed hydrocracking reaction with a small amount, therefore having good commercial and industrial application value.

    Abstract: This invention belongs to the technical field of green preparation of environmentally friendly catalysts, and discloses a preparation method and application of mesoporous FeCu—ZSM-5 molecular sieve, in particular to a method for synthesizing mesoporous FeCu—ZSM-5 molecular sieve by one-pot method and the application in selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration reaction. This invention firstly proposes to combine the two calcinations after demolding and ion exchange into one, that is, the original powder is directly calcined to prepare a FeCu—ZSM-5 molecular sieve. The molecular sieve has several advantages such as window with wide temperature window, low cost, good hydrothermal stability and high SCR denitrification activity. Besides, the synthesis process does not use a (large) pore template, nor does it use a post-treatment method to construct the mesopores.
