Abstract: A method for acquiring a textual context of a user. The method includes: obtaining at least one character originating from at least one input peripheral device of an electronic device; optical character recognition applied to all or part of an image representative of a content displayed by at least one display peripheral device of the electronic device to obtain a character sequence; searching for the at least one character in the character sequence and, when the search is positive, acquisition, from the character sequence, of the textual context.

Abstract: A method for modifying a multimedia content received by at least one first communication terminal from a second communication terminal. The method is implemented by a modification device and includes: obtaining at least one first datum representative of a multimedia sequence defined by a time frame of the multimedia content; obtaining at least one second datum representative of the activity of a user on the first terminal during the time frame; and modifying the multimedia content according to the result of the comparison of the first datum with the second datum.

Abstract: A method is provided for using an extended workstation. The method includes: determining a first object and a second object suitable for being used by a user, the extended workstation including each object determined during the step of determining the first object and the second object; determining a technical resource of the second object and determining an access giving access to the resource enabling the resource to be used; storing in a server an identifier of the determined technical resource in association with an identifier of the second object and an identifier of the access for accessing the resource; and using the technical resource by the first object via the access giving access to the resource.

Abstract: A method is provided for obtaining a graph by a terminal able to communicate with an item of equipment via a telecommunications network. The method is adapted to obtain a medium identifier emitted, via a near-field wireless communication technology, by a data medium situated in a predefined environment, to dispatch to the item of equipment a notification signaling the presence of the user in the environment, to receive identification data in respect of users present and at least one item of position information, and to highlight on a displayed graph at least one position allocated to a user and to display on said graph, in conjunction with a highlighted position, data of the user. Also provided are a method of presence management adapted to receive presence notifications and to transmit to the terminal identification data in respect of users present in the environment. Also provided are the terminal and equipment.

Abstract: To access to a multimedia service designated by a call number in a mobile terminal connected to a radio communication network, a server predefines a correspondence table comprising call numbers associated with respective service identifiers and transmit it to the mobile terminal which stores it. When a call number is entered and confirmed by a channel seizing key in the terminal, an application determines the service identifier associated with the call number in the table and requests the setting up of a call with a server providing a multimedia service as a function of the determined service identifier. The call number can be transmitted to the server in order for the server to transmit a confirmation message comprising the call number or an address associated with the call number in order for the application to request the setting up of a call.
