  • Patent number: 7343631
Abstract: A goggles structure reduces its overall weight and rigidity to improve the comfort of wearing, which provides better ventilation and prevents its wearing without a lens. The goggles comprise a goggles frame including a frame and a connecting section, a lens, a pair of head strap connecting means, and a head strap. At least one hanging hook is protruded from the top of the frame. A plurality of hanging holes corresponding to the hanging hooks is disposed at the top and bottom of the lens for fixing the lens onto the frame. The head strap latches the head strap connecting means onto both sides of the lens for preventing the lens from falling out accidentally. When the goggles are not used, the latching force disappears and allows its removal for cleaning. A ventilation structure disposed inside the lens is provided to prevent splattering.

  • Patent number: 7314277
Abstract: A bridge structure for glasses and nose pad thereof is disclosed. The bridge structure for glasses includes a connecting portion and two nose pads. The connecting portion has a joint hole and a clipping portion. Each of the two nose pads has an anti-sliding structure, a ventilating notch, and a plurality of rib-shaped members. The joint hole and the clipping portion are used to fix the bridge structure on the glasses. The anti-sliding structure prevents the glasses from sliding off the wearer's nose due to sweat. The ventilating notch helps dissipate heat and evaporate sweat. The rib-shaped members gently contact the user's nose and increase comfort during wear.

  • Publication number: 20060176443
Abstract: A frame structure of eyeglasses and a manufacturing method thereof that uses a flexible material in a plastic frame is disclosed. A central bridge portion of the frame structure of eyeglasses integrally couples with a flexible material by bi-feeds injection molding. The flexible material can also couple the flexible material integrally on the rims to contact the at least on lens and form a flexible portion. Therefore, the rigidity of the frame structure is lessened and the flexibility between the two ends of the frame structure is increased, thereby enhancing the wearer's comfort. In another embodiment of the invention, the at least one lens are further designed with cushioning to provide shock proofing for avoiding any damage occurring to the glasses if they suffer an impact.

  • Patent number: 6783235
Abstract: A pair of fog-free protective glasses has a frame and a lens. The frame has an embedded portion and a pair of temples pivotally connecting to two ends of the embedded portion. The embedded portion has upper and lower embedded plates to define an embedded groove therebetween, and two sides of the embedded portion are respectively formed with at least one guiding structure. Each guiding structure has at least one drainage hole. The lens is embedded in the embedded groove of the frame, and is respectively formed with a guiding portion. A leading airflow is thus produced from the guiding portion through the drainage hole for reducing fog formation on the lens.

  • Publication number: 20040150784
Abstract: A glasses frame structure has a frame body, a pair of temples and a pair of lenses. A nose pad is further mounted on an interior surface of the frame body at a location corresponding to a wearer's nose. A cavity is formed on the frame body above the nose pad. The glasses frame of the invention, which is placed in position by uniformly distributing the stress over the wearer's nose in spite of skin excretions on the nose, thereby provides improved performance and long-term wearing comfort.

  • Publication number: 20040096078
Abstract: An information display device is assembled with at least one temple of a spectacle frame. The information display device includes a circuit and a speaker located close to a user's ear. The circuit is connected to the speaker via a wire. The information display device converts the electromagnetic wave from the base station to a direct current that make the speaker sound. Since the information display device is arranged inside the temple of the spectacle frame close to the user's ear, the user is quickly alerted of an incoming telephone call.
