    Abstract: A safety system, and associated methods of operation, for detecting a mobile hazard on a pathway and reporting to a user information relating to the object to help the user avoid a collision with the mobile hazard. The safety system includes a sensor system for detecting the concurrent presence of both a user and a mobile hazard within a monitoring zone of the sensor system. Upon detection of both the user and the mobile hazard within the monitoring zone, the sensor system generates a sensor signal. The sensor signal is received by a reporting system, which in response, generates a warning signal to alert the user to the presence of the mobile hazard.

    Abstract: An in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel having low RC loading and its trace layout are disclosed. A first conductive layer and a second conductive layer are used as bridge of TX electrode and MFL electrode above an active area of in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel. The second conductive layer and a transparent conductive layer are used as bridge of TX electrode and MFL electrode at the lower-side out of the active area. Cooperated with at least one driving IC having more than two sets of TX electrode pins and MFL electrode pins and the number of the at least one driving IC is determined according to the size of the in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel. At the same time, the second conductive layer has traces in parallel distributed in the same electrode area of the active area. Therefore, the RC loading of the in-cell mutual-capacitive touch panel of the invention can be largely reduced.

    Abstract: The present invention mainly provides a precision calibration method for being applied in a high-precise rotary encoder system, wherein the primary technology feature of the precision calibration method is that: using a laser speckle image capturing module to capture N frames of laser speckle image from an optical position surface of a rotary encoding body, and then using image comparison libraries and particularly-designed mathematical equations to calculate N number of image displacements, so as to eventually calculate N number of primary variation angles and sub variation angles corresponding to the N frames of laser speckle image. Therefore, after the rotary encoding body is rotated by an arbitrary angle, an immediate angle coordinate can be precisely positioned according to the primary variation angles, the secondary variation angles and the N number of image displacements.
