    Abstract: A semiconductor light-emitting device is disclosed. The semiconductor light-emitting device comprises a multilayer epitaxial structure disposed on a semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate has a predetermined lattice direction perpendicular to an upper surface thereof, wherein the predetermined lattice direction is angled toward [0?1] or [01?] from [100], or toward [011] or [0 ii] from [?00] so that the upper surface of the semiconductor substrate comprises at least two lattice planes with different lattice plane directions. The multilayer epitaxial structure has a roughened upper surface perpendicular to the predetermined lattice direction. The invention also discloses a method for fabricating a semiconductor light-emitting device.

    Abstract: A chain strip for guiding screws in an auto-locking screwdriver comprises at least two papers, the two papers being adhered to one another intermittently, so as to form a plurality of holes between the two papers, wherein screws can be installed in the holes. A second paper of the at least two papers is also a wave-like paper which has a shape identical to the first paper. The first and second papers have a shape selected from semi-round shapes, rectangular shapes, cambered shapes, and trapezoidal shapes. Each connection area has a driving hole for driving the chain strip to move. In use, two chain strips are arranged, and screws pass through the holes of the two chains.

    Abstract: An RFID system comprises an intermediate device that includes a first and second antenna coils connected together in a close loop format. The coils are formed on a flexible substrate that can be folded around a magnetic flux blocker such that one loop is on side of the blocker and the other loop is on the other side of the blocker. The intermediate device can then improve communication between a reader on one side of the blocker and a tag on the other. The coil on the reader side of the blocker can receive RF signals being generated by the reader and convert them to an electrical signal that can be passed to the coil on the tag side of the blockage. The second coil can then generate an RF signal that can be transmitted to the tag.

    Abstract: An electrical discharge machine for improving the guide alignment base structure consisting of a guide alignment base having vertical threaded holes. Furthermore, the guide alignment base has axial adjustment holes that are respectively aligned with the vertical threaded holes, the diameters of the axial adjustment holes slightly larger than the diameters of the vertical threaded holes to enable the insertion of adjustment screws through the axial adjustment holes and fastening into the vertical threaded holes. With a spherical body in between serving as a center, the adjustment screws tilt the guide alignment base forward, backward, leftward, and rightward to adjust the perpendicularity of the guide. Horizontal adjustment screws through the guide alignment base secure the guide alignment base transversely such that the guide alignment base effectively achieves stable positioning to thereby prevent the vertical and horizontal deviation of the guide alignment base when it is impacted.

The charging/discharging unit having a capacitor apparatus receives the control signal, determines whether to charge/discharge the capacitor apparatus based on the control signal, and outputs a storage voltage of the capacitor apparatus. The output circuit receives the storage voltage and outputs the reset signal. Wherein, the adjusting circuit determines the charging/discharging duty cycle of the charging/discharging unit by adjusting the waveform and the minimum level of the control signal. The output circuit enables/disables the reset signal according to whether the storage voltage reaches the threshold voltage of the output circuit.
