    Abstract: A method for performing a lithography process is provided. The method includes forming a photoresist layer over a substrate, providing a plurality of target droplets to a source vessel, and providing a plurality of first laser pulses according to a control signal provided by a controller to irradiate the target droplets in the source vessel to generate plasma as an EUV radiation. The plasma is generated when the control signal indicates a temperature of the source vessel is within a temperature threshold value. The method further includes directing the EUV radiation from the source vessel to the photoresist layer to form a patterned photoresist layer and developing and etching the patterned photoresist layer to form a circuit layout.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for changing Listen Before Talk (LBT) for unlicensed networks are provided. In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device includes: receiving signaling from a base station that indicates when the wireless device uses LBT for transmissions; determining, based on the received signaling, whether or not to use LBT for transmissions; and transmitting based on the determination whether or not to use LBT for transmissions. Some embodiments provide a low complexity (in term of signaling overhead and specification impact) approach of adaptively using LBT mechanism by defining two simple modes for LBT operation (LBT and No LBT modes). Some embodiments reduce the probability of simultaneous transmissions that cause collisions, by using LBT mode, in environments and circumstances where network performance suffers from collision and/or interferences.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for wet removal of sulfur dioxide by silicate bacteria-enhanced pulp. The present disclosure combines flue gas desulfurization with resource utilization of the ore waste residue, and improves a desulfurization efficiency of the method by the pulp and a utilization rate of ore waste residue resources through silicate bacteria. The present disclosure has a high desulfurization efficiency, simple production process, and low cost, and realizes the recycling of resources such as the ore waste residue, the sulfur dioxide, and silicon.
