Abstract: A memory die assembly, comprising a non-volatile memory structure, performs autonomous testing of the memory die assembly by repeatedly performing a group of tests for multiple cycles such that the group of tests includes programming, erasing and reading the non-volatile memory structure. Failure events from the tests are recorded by storing error data for each recorded failure event including a location in the non-volatile memory structure of the failure event, a type of test that failed and a cycle during which the failure event occurred.

Abstract: A method for document similarity analysis. The method includes generating a reference document content identifier for a reference document, including identifying frequently occurring terms in reference document content, encoding each frequently occurring term in a term identifier and combining the term identifiers to form the reference document content identifier associated with the reference document. The method also includes obtaining at least one document similarity value by comparing the reference document content identifier to a set of archived document content identifiers stored in a document repository.

The method for manufacturing a biocompatible wire comprises providing a workpiece of a biocompatible metallic material, cold working the workpiece into a wire, and annealing the wire, wherein a cold work percentage is 97 to 99%, wherein the cold working is a drawing with a die reduction per pass ratio in a range of 6 to 40%, and wherein the annealing is done in a range of 850 to 1100° C.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to video processing that includes a video processing device that: determines that a Chroma from Luma (CfL) prediction mode is to be applied to a luma block in a received coded bitstream; generates a neighbor luma average for the luma block by averaging a set of reconstructed luma samples, wherein the set of reconstructed luma samples comprises a plurality of reconstructed neighbor luma samples in at least one neighbor luma block that neighbors the luma block; generates an alternating current (AC) contribution of a plurality of prediction samples of a chroma block co-located with the luma block based on a plurality of luma samples in the luma block and the neighbor luma average; and reconstructs the chroma block at least by applying the CfL prediction mode based on the AC contribution.

Abstract: Provided are a tandem epitope polypeptide vaccine for novel coronavirus and use thereof. Specifically, a vaccine polypeptide for novel coronavirus pneumonia is provided on the basis of analysis and study of the RBD sequence and structural information of the S protein of SARS-CoV-2. Said vaccine polypeptide comprises the following elements connected in series: a generic Th epitope sequence, a B cell epitope sequence and a T cell epitope sequence. The B cell epitope and the T cell epitope have an amino acid sequence from the RBM region of the S protein of SARS-CoV-2. Provided are a vaccine composition containing said vaccine polypeptide and use thereof. Experiments show that the vaccine polypeptide of the present invention can enable cynomolgus monkeys to initiate strong cellular and humoral immunity, and to generate neutralizing antibodies that block the binding of RBD and ACE2, and can be used for preventing and treating novel coronavirus pneumonia.
