Abstract: A method of reconstruction of super-resolution of video frame includes inputting a first video frame with a first resolution and a plurality of consecutive frames thereof into a pre-trained super-resolution reconstruction network, and outputting, by the pre-trained super-resolution reconstruction network, a second video frame with a second resolution corresponding to the first video frame. The second resolution is higher than the first resolution. The super-resolution reconstruction network includes a feature extraction subnetwork, a spatial-temporal non-local alignment subnetwork, an attention progressive fusion subnetwork, and an up-sampling subnetwork which are connected in sequence.

Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for processing voice information, a storage medium and an electronic apparatus. The method comprises: searching whether there is voice information matching first question sentence voice information inputted by a user; in a case that a searching result is no, performing semantic analysis on the first question sentence voice information, and generating second question sentence voice information according to the first question sentence voice information and a semantic analysis result of the first question sentence voice information; searching the second question sentence voice information, and determining, according to a searching result, voice information of a rhetorical question sentence corresponding to the second question sentence voice information; and determining, according to an answer of the user to the rhetorical question sentence, question sentence voice information to be fed back to the user.

Abstract: An apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry can be configured to determine an intermediate motion vector MVblock of a current block having a first precision that is higher than a second precision supported by an interpolation filter. The processing circuitry can be configured to round the intermediate motion vector MVblock to generate a rounded motion vector MVround of the current block having the second precision supported by the interpolation filter. The processing circuitry can be configured to generate a prediction block of the current block based on the rounded motion vector MVround and the interpolation filter. The processing circuitry can be configured to determine a prediction refinement offset for a prediction sample of the prediction block, and add the prediction refinement offset to the prediction sample of the prediction block to generate a refined prediction sample.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a semiconductor device is provided. The semiconductor device includes a semiconductor substrate having a first semiconductor material layer separated from a second semiconductor material layer by an insulating layer. A first access transistor is arranged on the first semiconductor material layer, where the first access transistor has a pair of first source/drain regions having a first doping type. A second access transistor is arranged on the first semiconductor material layer, where the second access transistor has a pair of second source/drain regions having a second doping type opposite the first doping type. A resistive memory cell having a bottom electrode and an upper electrode is disposed over the semiconductor substrate, where one of the first source/drain regions and one of the second source/drain regions are electrically coupled to the bottom electrode.

Abstract: A system and method for predicting mild cognitive impairment (MCI) related diagnosis and prognosis. More specifically, the system and method produce predictions of MCI conversions to dementia and prognosis related thereof. Using available medical imaging and non-imaging data a diagnosis and prognosis model is trained using transfer learning. A server may then receive a request from a clinician for a target patient's diagnosis or prognosis. The target patient's medical data is retrieved and used to create a model for the target patient. Then details of the target patient's model and the diagnosis and prognosis model are compared, a prediction is generated, and the prediction is returned to the clinician. As new medical data becomes available it is fed into the respective model to improve accuracy and update predictions.

Abstract: Methods and systems for analyzing a well system design including determining a volume change of trapped annular regions based on a plurality of initial temperatures and a plurality of final temperatures and an initial pressure. Analyzing the trapped annular regions to determine an enclosure volume change, a fluid expansion volume, and an annular pressure buildup for a safe well system and generating a graphical representation of the bounds of the safe well system envelop.

Abstract: In one aspect, separator-free energy storage devices are disclosed. Such devices comprise a first electrode and a second electrode. In some embodiments, the first electrode is opposite the second electrode. The first and/or second electrodes are formed from a nanocomposite material. The nanocomposite material includes plurality of carbon nanostructures, each of which is at least partially coated with a layer of material comprising a transition metal oxide. In some embodiments, the coating layer is uniform or substantially uniform in one or more properties.

Abstract: Disclosed are an artificial sensory nervous circuit and a manufacturing method thereof. The artificial sensory nervous circuit includes a sensor (S), a first memristor (RS), and a neuron circuit, where the first memristor (RS) has a unidirectional resistance characteristic. The sensor (S) is configured to sensing an external signal and generating an excitation signal according to the external signal. The first memristor (RS) is configured to generating a response signal according to the excitation signal. The neuron circuit is configured to perform charging and discharging according to the response signal so as to output a pulse signal. With the artificial sensory nervous circuit and the manufacturing method thereof, sensitivity and habituation characteristics of biological perception are realized by using a simple circuit.

The positioning surface of the first positioning component faces the positioning surface of the second positioning component, and the protrusions of the first positioning component overlap the protrusions of the second positioning component. The workpiece is clamped between the protrusions of the first positioning component and the protrusions of the second positioning component.

Provided in the present invention is the pyrazolone-fused pyrimidine compound as represented by formula (II). The compound has improved inhibitory activity with respect to WEE1 kinase.

Abstract: A method of weighing using a scale (10) comprises the steps of: recognizing at least one of a plurality of objects placed within an object recognition area (A) of a platform (20) of the scale (10), and weighing the plurality of objects placed on the platform (20) of the scale (10) to determine a total weight of the plurality of objects. A weighing device (10) comprises the platform (20) configured as a plane, and utilizes the aforementioned weighing method. The method of weighing is advantageous in that it reduces the difficulty of object recognition using an algorithm by increasing the degree to which the object on the weighing platform fits the algorithm, reduces the complexity of the operation flow and the time required, and effectively increases the precision and accuracy of object recognition.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are related to implementing a near-real-time stream processing system using the same distributed file system as a batch processing system. A data container and partition files are generated according to a partition window that specifies a time range that controls when data is to be included in the partition files. The data container is scanned to determine if the partition files are within a partition lifetime window that specifies a time range that controls how long the partition files are active for processing. For each partition file within the lifetime window, processing tasks are created based on an amount of data included in the partition files. The data in the partition files is accessed and the processing tasks are performed. Information about the partition files is recorded in a configuration data store.

Abstract: A method includes capturing, by a camera disposed behind a display panel of an electronic device, an original image through a semi-transparent pixel region of the display panel, and determining a depth position with respect to at least one object identified within the original image. The method further includes accessing, based on the depth position, a plurality of point spread functions (PSFs) corresponding to a plurality of lateral positions at the depth position, and generating a set of image patches based on the plurality of PSFs. Each image patch of the set of image patches is generated based on a different one of the plurality of PSFs. The method concludes with generating a reconstructed image corresponding to the original image based on the set of image patches.
