    Abstract: A multi-band LED disinfection system and a multi-band LED disinfection lamp are provided. The multi-band LED disinfection system comprises a multi-band LED disinfection device; and a control terminal, which is connected to and controls the multi-band LED disinfection device. The control terminal sends a wavelength band control command to the multi-band LED disinfection device according to a disinfection target, and the multi-band LED disinfection device drives LED beads of corresponding wavelength bands. Different wavelength bands of ultraviolet light can be provided to achieve the disinfection of various germs, which leads to better sterilization and disinfection effects. A control module can be used to switch between disinfection of a certain wavelength band and disinfection of superposed wavelength bands.

    Abstract: A ceiling fan infrared detection and control system has a wall-mounted controller, a ceiling fan controller, and a motor. The wall-mounted controller has an infrared sensor that is arranged outwardly and horizontally. The wall-mounted controller is pivotally equipped with a lens outside the infrared sensor for detecting infrared rays of a human body within a detection range. The control unit can output a wireless signal to the ceiling fan controller to control the motor according to the infrared detection result. The ceiling fan infrared detection and control system uses the technical feature that the lens is rotatable relative to the wall-mounted controller, so that the detection range can be moved synchronously along with the lens. The detection range has directivity and the function of adjusting the detection position, which can avoid false detection of a pet below the height of the detection range.

    Abstract: Methods are provided herein for forming spacers on a patterned substrate. A self-aligned multiple patterning (SAMP) process is utilized for patterning structures, spacers formed adjacent mandrels, on a substrate. In one embodiment, a novel approach of etching titanium oxide (TiO2) spacers is provided. Highly anisotropic etching of the spacer along with a selective top deposition is provided. In one embodiment, an inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etch tool is utilized. The etching process may be achieved as a one-step etching process. More particularly, a protective layer may be selectively formed on the top of the spacer to protect the mandrel as well as minimize the difference of the etching rates of the spacer top and the spacer bottom. In one embodiment, the techniques may be utilized to etch TiO2 spacers formed along amorphous silicon mandrels using an ICP etch tool utilizing a one-step etch process.
