  • Patent number: 7649291
Abstract: The present invention relates to a limit structure for motor spindle, which includes a base equipped with a shaft tube and a stator set. A limit member and a bearing are disposed inside a shaft tube such that a spindle can be inserted and rotated in the bearing. The inner wall of a through hole of the limit member has plural limit protrusions extended toward a center of the through hole for snapping a necking of a nose of a spindle to limit its axial displacement. The limit protrusion forms a non-vertical included angle with the inner wall of the through hole in a tilted manner. Therefore, when the limit protrusions are subjected to compression of the nose of the spindle, its deformation is so small that irrecoverable condition and fracture of the limit protrusion and rotor drop can be prevented.

  • Publication number: 20090256441
Abstract: The present invention relates to a motor structure, which includes a base having a shaft tube centrally, in which a bottom portion of the shaft tube is sealed for placing a bearing therein, and at least a reference plane is provided on the outer periphery of the shaft tube; a rotor having a spindle disposed centrally therein for passing through the bearing and rotating therein; a stator module disposed on the outer periphery and positioned on the reference plane. Besides, an urging part is disposed on an inner periphery of the top insulation sleeve of the stator module to urge against the bearing so that the precise assembling position of the stator module can be definitely defined to prevent the bearing from getting loose due to high assembling position and to prevent the fracture of the urging part due to low assembling position.

  • Patent number: 7342336
Abstract: The present invention relates to a motor structure, which has a shaft tube and a stator set disposed on a base. The shaft tube is in form of a circular tube, the bottom side thereof is in an integrally-formed and closed pattern, and an abrasive gasket, a limit member and a bearing are disposed in the shaft tube, such that a spindle of a rotor can be inserted in the bearing and rotate therein. As the limit member has an annular wall with a specific height, a plurality of limit protrusions extended inward from the inner wall of the through hole can snap a reduced neck of the spindle to limit its axial displacement, thereby attaining the design object of reserving enough space for accommodating an end section of the spindle, reducing necessary parts, assembling process, and saving production cost.
