Abstract: Pole handle, for alpine ski poles or cross-country ski poles, with a handle body and with a hook for fastening a hand holding device. A displaceable latching structure is arranged in the region of the hook so that an eye-shaped device which is pushed in from above and is provided on the hand holding device is fixed in a self-locking manner. The hook is arranged on the stick handle on the hand side in the upper region. A holding mandrel, which is set off from the handle body to the hand side, forms an insertion slot. The latching structure includes a retaining lug which defines a region, restricted against a force, for the eye-shaped device. An upper region of the holding mandrel or the entire holding mandrel, viewed in the running direction, can be deflected laterally on both sides against a restoring force.

Abstract: A pole handle having a fastening mechanism for a hand strap with loop strips at variable lengths with a clamping element mounted in a recess. The recess is a through-opening of which the lower opening opens within a rear handle region, and the upper opening towards the upper side of the handle. The clamping element has a lever arranged in the through-opening and a head region projecting upwards out of the recess and has a loop opening and a pressure-exerting surface. The loop strips are guided through the through-opening, past the lever, and through a loop opening of the clamping element, the free ends of the loop strips exiting at the top. The clamping element can be secured in a clamping position in which the loop strips are clamped in a releasable manner, and the clamping action can be released by the clamping element being tilted around a rotary pin.

Abstract: The invention relates to a Nordic walking pole, comprising a pole tube (2), at the lower end of which an attachment (3) is provided, to which attachment a buffer (4) of rubber-elastic material is detachably fastened. The buffer according to the invention has an insert (5) of hard material in a central cut-out. Said insert is fastened to the attachment in order to connect the buffer to the pole.
