Abstract: A civilian tracked vehicle having a direction control device for manually controlling steering and travel direction functions of the tracked vehicle, and a control unit for controlling at least one operating function of the tracked vehicle. The direction control device and the control unit for the at least one operating function are integrated in a common operating device. The common operating device has an individual, manually actuable control column which can be displaced into a plurality of operating positions.

Abstract: Various vehicle hinge improvements are enabled herein. For instance, a hinge assembly comprises a body-side base plate. The body-side base plate comprises a body-side adjustment block extending perpendicularly away from a flat surface portion of the body-side base plate, a first body-side threaded hole received in the body-side adjustment block, and a second body-side threaded hole received in the body-side adjustment block. A first body-side adjustment bolt is received through a first body-side adjustment channel and threaded into the first body-side threaded hole, wherein rotation of the first body-side adjustment bolt facilitates adjustment of a body-side hinge member in a first direction. A second body-side adjustment bolt is received through the second body-side adjustment channel and threaded into the second body-side threaded hole, wherein rotation of the second body-side adjustment bolt facilitates adjustment of the body-side hinge member in a second direction.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to an adjustable hinge assembly for an automobile tailgate. The hinge assembly includes a first mounting plate configured for mounting to an automobile body, a first hinge member attached to the first mounting plate, a second mounting plate configured for mounting to a tailgate, and a second hinge member attached to the second mounting plate. The first and second hinge members are hingedly connected. Adjustment screws are positioned on the hinge assembly to adjust the position of the first hinge member on the first mounting plate in the x and y-directions. An adjustment screw is positioned on the hinge assembly to adjust the position of the second hinge member on the second mounting plate in the z-direction. This is accomplished with minimal effort and tooling.

The core reinforcement (22) at the drill head side end (16) is more convex than at the shank side end (14), thus has larger radii (40, 42).
