  • Publication number: 20250129215
Abstract: A composite composition for forming a composite, for example for potting electronics and/or electrics, in particular power electronics. The composite composition comprises, relative to the total weight of the composite composition, ?10 wt. % to ?95 wt. % of at least one filler and ?1 wt. % to ?20 wt. % of at least one oligomeric and/or polymeric silanol and/or silsesquioxane prepolymer, in particular polysilsesquioxane prepolymer and/or ?1 wt. % to ?20 wt. % of at least one oligomeric and/or polymeric silanol precursor having hydrolyzable groups and/or ?1 wt. % to ?20 wt. % of at least one silanol having hydrolyzable groups. A method for the preparation thereof, preparation methods for preparing silane compounds and/or silane compositions therefor, corresponding silane compounds and/or compositions, a correspondingly prepared composite and/or silsesquioxane, and the use thereof are also described.

  • Publication number: 20240351950
Abstract: A composite composition for forming a composite which can be used for potting electronics and/or electrics, in particular power electronics. To form a composite which is solid, in particular rigid, adhesive, in particular self-adhesive, thermally stable, and has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity, and high thermal endurance, and protects and compressively stabilizes electronics and/or electrics and increases their lifespan and/or performance, the composite composition includes, relative to the total weight of the composite composition, ?10 wt. % to ?95 wt. % of at least one filler, and ?1 wt. % to ?15 wt. % of at least one silanol. A method for preparing a silanol composition; a corresponding silanol composition; a method for preparing the composite composition; a method for preparing a composite and/or a solid structure; a composite and/or a solid structure; and the use thereof, are also described.

  • Patent number: 11047455
Abstract: A belt tensioning device for a crusher or a screening machine for tensioning at least one circulating drive belt which is deflected about a belt pulley of a drive and has a load strand and an empty strand. The drive can be driven with a crushing assembly, a screening unit, a generator, or the like of the crusher by the drive belt. The vibrational stress acting on the machine chassis can be significantly reduced in that the belt tensioning device has two tensioning rollers each of which is rotatably mounted on a holder of a tensioning part. One tensioning roller is paired with the empty strand and the other is paired with the load strand. Additionally, the two tensioning parts can be adjusted relative to each other between an open position and a tensioning position, in which the tensioning parts are held against each other at least opposite the tensioning direction.

  • Publication number: 20190024763
Abstract: The invention relates to a belt tensioning device for a crusher or a screening machine for tensioning at least one circulating drive belt (20) which is deflected about a belt pulley (12) of a drive (10) and has a load strand (21) and an empty strand (22). The drive (10) can be driven with a crushing assembly, a screening unit, a generator, or the like of the crusher by means of the drive belt (20). The vibrational stress acting on the machine chassis can be significantly reduced in that the belt tensioning device has two tensioning rollers (47), each of which is rotatably mounted on a holder (41, 51) of a tensioning part (40, 50). One tensioning roller (47) is paired with the empty strand (22) and the other is paired with the load strand (21).

  • Patent number: 8097318
Abstract: The invention relates to a glass-metal connection, in particular for a vacuum-tube solar collector, comprising a metallic connecting part (1), which connects a heat recovery tube (3) and a enclosing tube (2) of glass in a vacuum-tight manner, one end (5) of the enclosing tube (2) being inwardly deformed in a flange-like manner in such a way that it encloses an outer edge portion (7) of the metallic connecting part (1) in a vacuum-tight manner on both sides by fusing. This edge portion (7) is expediently formed in a rotationally symmetrical manner and/or the enclosing tube (2) is produced from a soda-lime glass. The connecting part (1) is connected in a vacuum-tight manner to one or more heat recovery tubes (3). The connecting part (1) and the glass of the enclosing tube (2) have approximately the same coefficient of expansion.
