  • Publication number: 20180010591
Abstract: The invention relates to a fluid energy machine and a method for generating a fluid-volume flow and for compressing a fluid by means of the fluid energy machine according to the invention. The invention also relates to a method for refuelling a vehicle with a fluid using the method according to the invention for generating a fluid-volume flow and for compressing a fluid, and to the use of a fluid energy machine according to the invention for refuelling a motor vehicle. The fluid energy machine comprises a crank drive (20) and a drive device (10) that is mechanically connected to the crank drive (20), by means of which drive device a torque can be introduced into the crank drive (20), as well as a piston-cylinder unit (30), the piston (32) of which is mechanically connected to the crank drive (20). The drive device (10) comprises two electric motors (50, 60), the respective output members (51, 61) of which are mechanically connected to the crank drive (20).

  • Publication number: 20160230931
Abstract: A method for operating a hydrogen fueling station is described, wherein the latter exhibits at least at least one storage tank, which is used to store liquefied hydrogen, and in which boil-off gas at least occasionally accumulates, at least one cryogenic pump, which is used to compress the hydrogen to the desired dispensing pressure, at least one dispenser, through which the compressed hydrogen is dispensed, and lines that connect the aforementioned components. According to the invention, the boil-off gas that accumulates is at least partially used for cooling at least one component and/or line of the hydrogen fueling station and/or is at least partially catalytically combusted.

  • Publication number: 20120159970
Abstract: A method and an arrangement for filling a storage container, in particular a storage tank of a vehicle, having a compressed medium, in particular compressed hydrogen, wherein the medium is temporarily stored in at least one high pressure storage container and immediately before being delivered to the storage container to be filled has a temperature that is within a predetermined temperature interval. The high-pressure storage containers, in which the medium is temporarily stored, are cooled and/or heated. Thus, the medium temporarily stored in the high-pressure storage container is temporarily stored substantially at the temperature at which it is delivered to the storage container to be filled.
