Abstract: A binding material storage apparatus for a round baler having a rotary magazine for storage of a plurality of rolls of binding material, the rotary magazine being rotatable about a horizontal axis between a plurality of discrete positions, each discrete position being suitable for storage of a roll of a binding material and from which position the binding material may be dispensed. This allows an operator to have more than one kind of binding material ready for use, or multiple rolls of preferred kind of binding material ready for use.

Abstract: A bale forming apparatus forms a round bale, wraps a surface of the bale, and ejects the bale. A discharge gate of a casing is in a bale forming position while the bale is formed. For wrapping the bale, the discharge gate is pivoted into a bale wrapping position. A web detecting sensor detects whether or not provided web is present on the surface of the bale in the casing. This web detecting sensor senses a segment of the bale surface which is visible through a gap between a stationary casing part and the discharge gate being in the bale wrapping position. The wrapped bale is ejected.

Abstract: An arrangement includes a processing chamber, at least one cover plate for the processing chamber, and a holding assembly. The holding assembly is arranged to hold the cover plate at an outer surface of the processing chamber. A method for operating such an arrangement is disclosed. The holding arrangement guides the cover plate with respect to the processing chamber from a covering position into an access-enabling position and back from the access-enabling position into the covering position. The cover plate in the covering position covers a part of the outer surface of the processing chamber. The distance between the cover plate in the access-enabling position and the processing chamber occurs. The cover plate is moved from the covering position into the access-enabling position along a curved opening trajectory. This opening trajectory is horizontal or is sloping with respect to the ground.
