  • Patent number: 10459717
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for providing notifications in distributed development. In some implementations, actions include receiving change information, the change information indicating one or more changes to source code, processing the change information to determine one or more entities associated with the change, comparing the one or more entities to one or more subscriptions, the one or more subscriptions being specific to a user, for each entity associated with a subscription, providing a notification in a set of notifications, and providing a sub-set of notifications for display to the user.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 7, 2013
Date of Patent: October 29, 2019
    Assignee: SAP SE

  • Publication number: 20150040101
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for supporting concurrent activities in distributed development processes. In some implementations, actions include providing source code for display to a first developer, receiving first status information associated with the source code, the first status information being received in response to a determination that a second developer is concurrently accessing the source code, and reflecting a first status of the source code, processing the first status information to provide first collaboration information, and providing the first collaboration information for display to the first developer.

  • Patent number: 8751952
Abstract: Implementations of computer-implemented methods include retrieving a plurality of web services, displaying a plurality of user interfaces, each user interface corresponding to one of the plurality of web services, receiving a first user input indicating an interaction element of a first user interface of the plurality of user interfaces, indicating one or more interaction elements of a second user interface of the plurality of user interfaces based on the first user input, receiving a second user input indicating a selection of one of the one or more interaction elements of the second user interface, automatically generating a dataflow between the interaction element of the first user interface and the one of the one or more interaction elements of the second user interface in response to receiving the second user input, and modeling the application based on the dataflow.

  • Publication number: 20130254658
Abstract: Systems and methods allow collaboration in the creation of “Request For” (RfX) documents, and the drafting of responses thereto. In an embodiment, the system may create RfX document views comprising different subsets of the overall content of a voluminous RfX document. These views can be assigned to particular individuals or teams, who may in turn delegate the views to others to collect additional information. A user can also create and delegate sub-views further restricting the information available to others. In this manner, a user can define a view containing a single section of the RfX, or a collection of particular questions, and then delegate the view to an individual having particular expertise in that section or question.
