  • Publication number: 20250027150
Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions, methods, systems, and devices for polynucleotide processing and analyte characterization. Such polynucleotide processing may be useful for a variety of applications, including analyte characterization by polynucleotide sequencing. The compositions, methods, systems, and devices disclosed herein generally describe barcoded oligonucleotides, which can be bound to a bead, such as a gel bead, useful for characterizing one or more analytes including, for example, protein (e.g., cell surface or intracellular proteins), genomic DNA, and RNA (e.g., mRNA or CRISPR guide RNAs). Also described herein, are barcoded labelling agents and oligonucleotide molecules useful for “tagging” analytes for characterization.

  • Publication number: 20220121433
Abstract: An installation apparatus including one or more memories that store subgraphs for features, each of the subgraphs representing a dependency of nodes required for installation of the corresponding feature, and one or more processors that are configured to obtain a set of to-be-installed features, construct, a graph from subgraphs for the set of to-be-installed features, and determine an installation order of nodes for the set of to-be-installed features based on the graph is disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20190163518
Abstract: An information processing system with memory and processing circuitry to build a virtualized image file from a base image file used as a base for an image file to be virtualized. Based on a description in a building instruction setting file, it associates the virtualized image file having been built with the base image file and the building instruction setting file, and stores the virtualized image file in the memory. It determines a combination of the base image file and the building instruction setting file with another combination of the base image file and the building instruction setting file to determine whether both combinations match, and when determining that both combinations match, it reuses the virtualized image file.
