    Abstract: The invention concerns a toilet installation (1) for receiving and evacuating human excretions with a chamber (4) for the excretions, into which these are delivered, and an outlet (3), which is attached to the chamber, wherein the toilet installation is usable both as water closet and as urinal and wherein a device (12, 13) is provided, by means of which the chamber is at least partly enlargeable in the vertical direction, such that the chamber can serve as urinal. This device is integrated after a further aspect of the invention into a toilet lid-toilet seat arrangement.
