Abstract: A generally wedge-shaped mud box with a bottom wall has a mud outlet orifice through which mud will flow. An edge of the wedge-shaped box has a rectangularly shaped cover rotatably attached so as to be rotatable between an filling position and an operating position. A releasable biasing structure biases the cover toward a bottom wall of the box so as to force mud contained in the box toward the outlet orifice. A mud gun, including a hollow body with an inlet and an outlet orifice, is releasable attached to the outlet orifice of the box. When air under pressure is introduced into an air inlet of the gun, mud entering through the inlet orifice is forced out through the outlet orifice of the gun. A nozzle chassis is affixed to the gun with a plurality of different nozzles movably attached thereto, and each nozzle is movable between a stored and an aligned position so that only one nozzle of the plurality of nozzles is aligned with the outlet orifice of the gun at a time.

Abstract: A clamping sander for receiving and holding a sheet of sandpaper, including a chassis plate having an upper surface and a lower surface, and a clamp plate having an upper surface and a lower surface. The clamp plate is coupled to the chassis plate and movable between a released position, spaced from the chassis plate, and a clamped position with the lower surface engaging the upper surface of the chassis plate. A clamping mechanism is carried by the chassis plate and the clamp plate for moving the clamp plate between the released position and the clamped position.

Abstract: Mesh drywall tape dispensing apparatus includes a chassis with a pistol grip for one-hand operation, a tape reel, a tape guide roller mounted within the chassis, and a tape pressure roller mounted adjacent a front end of the chassis. A tape cutter trigger assembly is mounted within the chassis by the pivot pin of the guide roller and movable into a cutting position. The cutter includes a serrated knife edge directed away from the pressure roller at an acute angle to the tape extending from the guide roller to the pressure roller. A corner roller is pivotally mounted on the chassis for movement into a tape engaging position. The pistol grip and the tape reel are mounted on opposite sides of the chassis and adjacent a rear end with the pressure roller mounted adjacent the front end so that the apparatus is generally bounded by a first plane tangent to the pressure roller and bounding a tape roll on the reel and the corner roller therein and a second plane tangent to the pressure roller and the handle.

The body has an inner surface with straight sides and a curved bottom and an outer surface with a curved bottom. A coupling assembly removably couples opposing end caps to the ends of the body.

Abstract: Apparatus for dispensing sheet material comprising a chassis, a drive assembly engagable for movement against a surface for driving sheet material through the chassis, a cutting element carried by the chassis for movement along a cutting path for severing the sheet material, and an extension of the chassis movable between forward and normal rearward positions and having a distal end, wherein the sheet material may be severed to form a free end to terminate adjacent a point corresponding with the distal end of the extension in the forward position.

Abstract: An applicator head for receiving and distributing viscous mass to a surface corner comprising a chassis engagable with a source of viscous mass and a trowel assembly carried by the chassis for receiving viscous mass from the chassis and distributing the viscous mass against a surface corner, the trowel assembly comprising an angularly flexible housing and elongate blades carried by the angularly flexible housing for movement in pivotal and reciprocal directions in response to angular flexing of the angularly flexible body.

Abstract: A mud box includes a bottom surface with an outlet orifice, sides, a cover pivotally attached along one edge, and a handle attached to the cover for positioning the box on a surface and applying extruding pressure to the cover for ejecting material through the orifice. A spring assembly is attached to the box and connected to apply extruding pressure to the cover. A primary lock is coupled to the spring assembly and the box, the primary lock has a locked position in which the spring assembly is prevented from applying extruding pressure to the cover and an unlocked position in which the spring assembly applies extruding pressure to the cover. The primary lock is activated by a wheel assembly which moves it into the locked position when the box and wheel assembly are disengaged from a surface and which moves it into the unlocked position when the wheel assembly and box are engaged with a surface.
