    Abstract: A processing device receives type data and location data for a property. The processing device determines a default status for a feature of the property based on the type data and location data. Thereafter, the processing device causes a data input user interface to be displayed, which data input user interface comprises an indication of the default status of the feature thus determined. The data input user interface may comprise a user-selectable input mechanism that permits the processing device to receive user input indicative of an actual status of the feature in question.
