  • Patent number: 7703419
Abstract: A new and improved animal toenail sheath or cap, a method for its manufacture and various methods for securing said cap to an animal's toenail. The improved toenail cap utilizes a double dip polymeric manufacturing process to produce a layered cap, each layer being capable of having a different durometer, thickness or color than that of the adjacent layer. The cap may also contain a series of internal cleats to help secure the cap to the animal's toenail. Various adhesive methods, some of which are included in the manufacturing process, are also disclosed for adhering the nail cap to the animal's toenail.

  • Patent number: 7069879
Abstract: An improved animal toenail covering sheath having an internal and external claw shape and a method of manufacturing same. The covering including methods for securing the encircling sheath to an animal's claw. The improved covering utilizes an injection molding manufacturing process to produce a toenail encircling sheath having a thick lower portion and a thin upper portion. The sheath further includes textured interior cavity walls and pivotal upper portion sidewall for ease of applying an adhesive and application of the sheath to an animal's claws. Various adhesive application methods are also disclosed for affixing the nail cap to the animal's claws.

  • Patent number: 6925966
Abstract: A hemispherical shaped animal protective head shield with detachable optional rings and a pivotal visor member. The hemispherical shield is a transparent shell with an irregular aperture therein covered by a visor having a parabolic notch forming parabolic opening between the visor and shell for inserting an animals head and closing around the animal's neck. Optional elements may be attached to the hemispherical shape, thus forming a cylindrical or conical portion. Hook and latch elements are added for securing the visor in position relative to the hemispherical shell thereby providing infinite adjustment for capturing and partially encapsulating an animal's head.

  • Patent number: 6540519
Abstract: A hand held apparatus for prompting and or teaching the recitation of prayers associated with the Rosary including a highly decorative and compact electronic, battery-powered instrument that may be worn as decoration and held in the user's hand for easy operation, the apparatus having audio and prayer tracking capability utilizing a microprocessor for controlling a plurality of miniature lights clustered around a large centrally located sequencing button in conjunction with a voice message used to prompt the user by audibly reciting the first portion of a prayer, thereby eliciting a response by the user for the remaining portion of the prayer before continuing stepping through the sequential prayers of the Rosary. The apparatus is further distinguishable by a decorative cross serving as the power on and reset switch, the cross having lights at each point which are sequenced on initial activation to make the sign of the cross with lights.

  • Patent number: 4962731
Abstract: A pliable sheath for animal toe nails, providing protection for humans, furniture, clothes, and other animals. A sheath of this nature reduces self inflected trauma to the animal and provides an alternative to declawing. Protection is provided, while still leaving the animal with its natural defenses. The sheath, being adhered to the animal toe nail, loosens and drops off, when the toe nail grows and changes shape. Leaving the animal's own natural defenses in tact.
