  • Patent number: 12091966
Abstract: A shoe track assembly system includes an elongated housing extending from a first end to a second end; one or more valves secured within the elongated housing; one or more plug landing seats extending into the elongated housing; one or more plugs to be dropped into the elongated housing and engage with the one or more plug landing seats; the system is to receive casing pressure testing without relying on a shoe track cement integrity; and the system is to contain all required shoe track equipment as required by an operation.

  • Patent number: 11920463
Abstract: A wellbore system includes a first plug and a second plug that latch independently within an elongated housing; at least one plug having an elongated channel with a ball therein for performing operation of a pressure test; and optionally including a ball seat for receiving a dissolving ball for contingency and supplementary casing tests.

  • Patent number: 11814927
Abstract: A system for establishing a bypass flow path includes a plug assembly having bypass ports extending from the exterior to the interior; a wiper dart to engage and seal the first flow path and bypass flow path, and initiate release of the plug assembly from a first position, the plug assembly having a dart nose attached to the dart body; once the plug has moved to a second position, pressure applied through the bypass ports communicates to the dart nose to cause detachment of the dart nose from the dart body; a first flow path extends through the central bore of the plug assembly when the wiper dart is not present; and a second flow path extends through the bypass ports on the plug assembly below the dart body to the detachable dart nose, once detached, the bypass flow path is established thru the bore below the dart body.

  • Patent number: 11459874
Abstract: A shoe track assembly system includes an elongated casing body extending from a first end to a second end and having a guide nose engaged with the second end; a first valve secured within the elongated casing body and at a position directly above the guide nose; a bottom plug landing seat extending into the elongated casing body at a position above the first valve; and a top plug landing seat extending into the elongated casing body at a position above the bottom plug landing seat; the system is to receive casing pressure test and act as a wall barrier system preventing cement or formation fluid from entering the casing without relying on shoe track cement integrity.

  • Patent number: 11408522
Abstract: An erosion resistant check valve includes a valve housing having a fluid flow passage extending therethrough; a valve seat extending within the fluid flow passage; a valve member slidingly engaged within the fluid flow passage; a spring engaged with the valve stem to contract upon pressure towards the stop; a housing positioned over the first end of the valve stem and past the stop, the housing creating a gap between a portion of the stem body and an inner surface of the housing; the spring contracts into the housing and the disk is seals the spring within the housing to prevent fluid contact therewith.

  • Patent number: 10436017
Abstract: A system for tracking an object in oil and gas wellbore operations wherein a releasable object carrying a first signal system is released into tube system associated with a wellbore. The first signal system communicates with one or more second signal systems positioned along the travel path of the object; along the surface of the formation; and/or throughout the wellbore. First signal system and the second signal system may communicate by RF signals. First signal system and any second signal systems positioned on the surface communicate by through-the-earth or very low frequency signals. A global positioning system may be utilized in conjunction with any second signal systems on the surface to identify the absolute location of the object in the underground wellbore. The first signal system carried by the object may be a piezoelectric system disposed to transmit a signal when the object experiences a predetermined pressure.
