Abstract: Disclosed are methods and devices for facilitating a location inspection and property tour. A location inspection computing device may receive at least one first rating of one or more characteristics associated with one or more locations, properties, units, parcels or sections. The first rating may be based on perceived importance of the one or more characteristics to a user. The method further comprises receiving, by the location inspection computing device, additional locations, properties, units, parcels or sections included in the location inspection tour and at least one second rating of the one or more characteristics being provided by the user while inspecting each location, property, unit, parcel or section. Further a composite rating for the listing of each location, property, unit, parcel or section is computed based on the at least one first rating and the at least one second rating.

Abstract: A system and method for reporting of the specific location and nearby area related crime using a communication network includes a wireless user display device communicating over the network with a server and the server communicating with a crime database over a wired or wireless communication network. The method includes selecting geographic location and nearby area of interest on the wireless user display device and then requesting the server for the crime information of the selected location and nearby area. The server then communicates with the crime database and request for the selected property and nearby area specific crime information. The crime database extracts the requested information and transmits the generated report back to server which further processes the received information for generating wireless user display device ready report format which further enables the user to save, edit and share the generated information over the wireless communication network with other users.

Abstract: A system and method for wireless property related financial calculations using a communication network comprising: a wireless user display device communicating over the network with a server and the server conducting the financial calculations for generating financial calculation report in a user defined document format, such as, but not limited to, portable document format (PDF), HTML, or other electronic document for easy reading and sharing by the user. The server conducts the requested analysis by using pre stored financial calculation programs related to requested financial calculation.

Abstract: A system and method for wireless location specific information request and retrieval using a communication network comprising: a wireless user display device communicating over the network with a server and the server communicating with a location information database or directly interacting with the third party representative associated with the property, business, landmark, product, event or object of user's interest. The method includes capturing image of the property, business, landmark, product, event or object of user's interest or manually inputting the information request regarding property, business, landmark, product, event or object of user's interest using the wireless user display device along with the geographic location of the property, business, landmark, product, event or object of user's interest and then requesting the either the associated third party representative or the server for the related information.

Abstract: A system and method for identification of the specified property and nearby area environmental contamination using a communication network includes a wireless user display device communicating over the network with a server and the server communicating with an environmental contamination database over a wired or wireless communication network. The method includes selecting geographic location of the specified property and nearby area of interest on the wireless user display device and then requesting the server for the environmental contamination information of the specified property and nearby area. The server then communicates with the environmental contamination database and request for the specified property and nearby area specific environmental contamination information.
