Abstract: The apparatuses and methods according to the various embodiments of the present invention provide a thermal regulating infant safety undergarment. The garment is preferably lightweight but insulating and is essentially a one piece garment. A hood, which may be detachable, is sized to allow for conformance to the infant's head and to provide a snug fit to enhance the insulating aspect of the undergarment. The hood is attached with tape, velcro, or other fasteners which would minimize the choking hazard for infants. The hood may be interchangeably used with other one piece garments which are configured to detachably receive the hood, the hood being adjustable to accommodate different head/neck sizes.

Abstract: A portable fluid mixing vessel for containing fluid. The vessel interior includes a mixing component designed for effecting mixing of a fluid with a powdered substance. The spring loaded component is releaseably attached to the bottom of the vessel interior, and is configured to gently break apart clumps of the powder allowing the powder to go into solution without over-mixing. A turbine is attached to the spring portion, the turbine having angled blades to induce a gentle stirring motion in response to vertical reciprocation of the turbine. The gentle breakdown of the powder creates a mixture which has a texture like that of a stirred mixture, as opposed to a pureed or blended mixture.

Abstract: A fitness apparatus which allows for simultaneous strength training and core muscle building/strengthening, the apparatus incorporating an inflatable exercise ball. The apparatus includes a base which allows for selectively controlling the lateral movement and compressibility of the ball while performing various exercise routines. Also incorporated in the base are adjustable resistance training devices which allow for a variety of strength training, the resistance training devices allowing routines ranging from very light to sufficiently strenuous to challenge advanced users. The apparatus is collapsible and stowable, and may be used without the exercise ball to facilitate both strength/flexibility training, as well as aerobics.
