Abstract: The present patent application is directed to a system for owners of domestic animals whereby a single authorized smart rabies tag immediately and in real-time provides pet information to a mobile device through a QR code located on the rabies tag. These single Smart Rabies Tags provide comprehensive pet information including health care data and allow real-time access for locating lost pets. The system also includes access through an individual pet website. When combined with microchip systems, the multifaceted platform eliminates many of the current problems associated with current tag systems or microchip systems.
