Abstract: An exercise device including vibrating element may be used for various forms of exercise such as strength training, physical therapy, balance training, massage, stretching, yoga, pilates and other exercise. The device includes at least one vibrating motor or other vibration means and a user may control the vibration direction, amplitude and frequency through the use of a control panel disposed on one end of the exercise device.
