  • Publication number: 20150111644
Abstract: A ranking system is provided. The ranking system may provide a qualitative method of ranking quantitative evaluation data of players from a plurality of player pools, wherein the plurality of player pools are a subset of the entire group of potential players. The ranking system may provide a method of transforming a plurality of two types—objective and subjective—of evaluation data for a plurality of players into a ranking for each player by standardizing both types on the same on a common scale and applying weights to prioritize specific evaluation and, separately, applying weights to indicate the relative importance between the two types—objective and subjective—of evaluation data, so as to meet the needs of a predetermined team.

  • Patent number: 7153561
Abstract: In a substrate having a graphic and a method for applying the graphic thereto, a non-phosphorescent material is applied to the substrate to define a non-phosphorescent region of the graphic and a phosphorescent material is applied to the substrate to define a phosphorescent region of the graphic. At least a portion of the non-phosphorescent region and at least a portion of the phosphorescent region are in overlapping relationship with each other so as to define an overlapping region of the graphic. When the overlapping region is exposed to light sufficient to cause phosphorescence of the phosphorescent region the at least a portion of the phosphorescent region phosphoresces to render the overlapping region visible in the absence of light. In another embodiment, the graphic has a non-photoluminescent region in overlapping relationship with a photoluminescent region.

  • Patent number: 6949089
Abstract: A method of concurrently providing a series of types of pant-like garments and corresponding information to consumers. The series includes two or more pant-like garments, each of the garments corresponding to a stage of toilet training. Each of the garments in the series may differ from one another in terms of absorbent capacity, size, and/or features. The information provided to the consumer helps the consumer discern which garment from the series is most appropriate for a child in a specific stage of the toilet training process.

  • Patent number: 6902796
Abstract: A simplified elastic laminate is made from nonwovens and is especially suitable for side panels of training pant garments or the like. A plurality of thermoplastic adhesive elastomeric fibers are located between first and second facing webs. The fibers have an elastic core and adhesive surfaces. The facing webs, with the elastomeric fibers between them, are calendered together thus adhering the facing webs together via contact adhesion with the elastomeric fibers.

  • Patent number: 5785179
Abstract: A wet wipe container having improved single handed opening and dispensing is disclosed. The container includes a container base, a container lid hingedly connected to the base and a closure. The front of the container lid defines a convex portion which extends outwardly and which includes a recess therein. The closure is provided by a tongue projection which extends from the container base and which is configured to extend through an aperture in the recess of the front wall of the lid. The recess and tongue projection are of sufficient size to allow easy access by a user's fingers to provide single handed opening. In one embodiment, the container lid also includes a sealing wall which is configured to provide frictional engagement with the interior of the container base when the container is closed to prevent moisture from escaping.
