  • Patent number: 11976645
Abstract: Air compressor systems that are configured to output compressed air. Each system includes a cabinet and at least one air compressor mounted at least partially in the cabinet. The air compressor includes a drive motor with a cooling air inlet through which cooling air can be input for cooling the drive motor. The cooling air inlet is directly fluidly connected to a cooling air opening of the cabinet so that the cooling air for the drive motor is drawn into the drive motor directly from the ambient environment instead of being drawn in from the interior space of the cabinet. In addition, the system includes an exhaust fan on the cabinet that vents the interior space of the cabinet to the ambient environment. During operation of the air compressor, a negative cabinet pressure is created in the interior space where the pressure is less than ambient pressure.

  • Patent number: 11873843
Abstract: An improved guard for a pump propeller is described herein. The guard includes a hub that in use surrounds a drive shaft of a drive motor unit that drives the propeller. The vanes define a propeller receiving area in which the propeller is received allowing the propeller to rotate relative to the vanes, while portions of the vanes radially surround the propeller. The guard is fixed in position about the propeller to protect the propeller from debris and to prevent human contact with the rotating propeller. The guard is designed to shed weeds and other debris, and prevent weeds and other debris from becoming entangled on the guard and with the propeller.

  • Publication number: 20230366163
Abstract: A liquid circulator is described that is configured to circulate liquids such as water, chemical mixtures, suspensions and the like. The liquid circulator includes an oscillation shaft, a circulation assembly mounted to the oscillation shaft, and a head unit located above the circulation assembly with a motor having an output shaft in driving engagement with the oscillation shaft. The liquid circulator may be devoid of a processor controlling operation of the liquid circulator. The circulator can also include a rotary to oscillation drive mechanism between the output shaft and the oscillation shaft that is configured to convert rotation of the output shaft into clockwise and counterclockwise oscillation of the oscillation shaft. In another example, an automatic clutch mechanism can be provided between the output shaft and the oscillation shaft.

  • Patent number: 11691905
Abstract: A liquid aeration system includes an air compressor system and a diffuser. The air compressor system includes an air intake manifold, an air compressor, and a compressor inlet line. The compressor inlet line fluidly connects the air intake manifold and the suction inlet of the air compressor. The compressor suctions air from the air intake manifold through at least the suction inlet hose. The compressor compresses the air into compressed air that is supplied to the diffuser.
