Abstract: According to certain embodiments, a system receives a request from a user to perform a banking function. The system stores rules for determining an authentication procedure. The system then determines a location of the user and determines an authentication procedure according to the requested banking function and the location of the user. The system applies the authentication procedure to the location of the user. The system determines whether the user is authenticated to perform the banking function according to the application of the authentication procedure.
