Publication number: 20250181965Abstract: A method including applying a propensity model to a subject vector to generate a propensity value estimating a probability that a subject will perform an action. The subject vector has a data structure having features storing information regarding the subject. The method also includes applying a Shapley additive explanation tool to the propensity model to generate a subset of the features that contributed to the propensity value more than a remaining set of the features. The method also includes selecting an actionable feature from the subset of the features. The actionable feature includes a feature in the subset that an entity is able to influence. The method also includes applying a correlation model to labels for training data and the actionable feature to generate an output that describes a reason why the subject performs the action. The method also includes presenting the actionable feature and the output.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 30, 2023Publication date: June 5, 2025Applicant: Intuit Inc.Inventors: Arul Samuel RAJKUMAR, Grace WU, Erin-Todd HANSEN, Ernesto M. Publication number: 20250064200Abstract: A cleaning implement includes an implement body that receives a bar of solid hygiene product in a cavity extending through the implement body. The hygiene product is selectively movable downward to protrude through an opening among bristles or in a sponge. The implement allows for replacement of the solid hygiene product within the implement. The product may be advanced within the implement by means of a threaded rod or a helical cylinder and an abutment member. A resilient sleeve seals against water ingress while also retaining the product as it is consumed or dissolves.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 23, 2022Publication date: February 27, 2025Inventors: James Roberts, Todd Hansen

Patent number: 12168537Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for storing perishable items under reduced pressure conditions. Total atmospheric pressure within a vacuum chamber containing a perishable item is reduced below a total pressure limit. Oxygen partial pressure and total pressure within the vacuum chamber are monitored. When oxygen partial pressure falls below a lower oxygen partial pressure limit, an oxygen-containing gas is admitted to raise oxygen partial pressure above the lower oxygen partial pressure limit. When the total atmospheric pressure reaches or exceeds the total pressure limit, total pressure is once again reduced. The vacuum container or chamber comprises a section of cylindrical pipe open at both ends, a first end cap and a second end cap, and formed of a plastic material. Notwithstanding that the pipe and end caps are formed of plastic, they are formed with a structure capable of withstanding pressure created by a high vacuum in the vacuum container.Type: GrantFiled: February 15, 2021Date of Patent: December 17, 2024Inventors: George Frank Lobisser, G. Kyle Lobisser, Eric Levi, Todd Hansen, Justin Chase Bothell

Patent number: 10919656Abstract: A system and method for storing perishable items under controlled atmospheric conditions is provided. Total atmospheric pressure within a vacuum chamber containing the perishable items is reduced to below a predetermined total pressure limit. Oxygen partial pressure within the chamber is monitored. When the Oxygen partial pressure falls below a predetermined lower Oxygen partial pressure limit, an Oxygen-containing gas is admitted to the vacuum chamber to raise the Oxygen partial pressure above the lower Oxygen partial pressure limit. Total atmospheric pressure within the chamber is also monitored. When the total atmospheric pressure reaches or exceed the predetermined total pressure limit, total pressure within the vacuum chamber is once again reduced below the predetermined total pressure limit.Type: GrantFiled: March 16, 2018Date of Patent: February 16, 2021Assignee: Ripelocker LLCInventors: George Frank Lobisser, G. Patent number: 8816095Abstract: Disclosed are molecules and their synthesis, for use in blocking gated ion channels such as voltage-gated sodium channels (VGSCs) and prostate voltage sodium channels (PVSCs). These inhibitors have superior blocking efficacy, for instance in displacing the radioligand [3H]-Batrachotoxin-B ([3H]-BTX-B) that binds to site 2 of a VGSC. The molecules of the invention comprise a moiety which increases the binding affinity of molecules for the protein binding site in prostate cancer cells (PCs), and which is also fluorescent. In one embodiment the invention molecules are an inhibition system that can be used to target over-abundant or hyperactive VGSCs selectively in pain, epilepsy or prostate cancer, inhibiting the proliferation of PCs. The fluorescent moiety also facilitates screening, tracking, and pharmacodynamic studies of the drug in a biological system both in vitro and in vivo.Type: GrantFiled: August 17, 2009Date of Patent: August 26, 2014Assignee: Georgetown UniversityInventors: Milton L. Brown, Scott Grindrod, Thomas H. Walls, Todd Hansen, Simeng Suy, Mikell A. Paige

Publication number: 20070050399Abstract: A Composite Pattern with BLOB data types is used to model a hierarchical network, and includes a path-like construct for locating each component within the network model. Database procedures are used to efficiently search, modify and retrieve individual nodes from the network model using the database server's memory pool so that client applications are not required to retrieve and deserialize the entire Composite-BLOB hierarchy in order to make modifications or search for individual elements, thereby substantially reducing the transfer of data between the application layer and database. To avoid the need for dynamic memory restructuring during deserialization, the size required to store component data at each composite is stored when the composite is serialized, and during deserialization, the size is retrieved and used to obtain sufficient memory for the deserialized composite.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 18, 2006Publication date: March 1, 2007Inventors: Zacharia George, Todd Hansen, Amish Shah
