The housing includes panels and a side defining an outer periphery and an inner cavity. The motor is disposed within the inner cavity. The securing plate extends from each blade. The hanger orients the fan assembly to push air substantially horizontally. The housing is rotatable relative to the hanger and has at least one vent disposed along the outer periphery of the housing. Each vent is configured to allow an air flow within the inner cavity of the housing. Also, the side of the housing includes a plurality of louvers with each louver including a slit orientated at an angle relative to the housing.
