Abstract: A therapeutic sensory device and method of using the device for the aid in the rehabilitation of an individual's sense of touch including a first planar sheet having a plurality of spaced sensory pads, disposed thereon; a plurality of elements, each having a sensory pad corresponding to one of the spaced sensory pads, each of said plurality of elements being adapted to be placed on the corresponding sensory pad disposed on the first planar sheet; and a structure to removably secure the plurality of elements atop the corresponding sensory pad disposed on the first planar sheet. The plurality of elements are selectively placed atop the corresponding sensory pad disposed on the first planar sheet. Then, one or more of the plurality of elements are removably secured atop the corresponding sensory pad disposed on the first planar sheet.
