    Abstract: A combination cart and tree stand for use by hunters. The cart has detachable wheels and the wheel carriage folds up when using the device as a tree stand or for storage. The wheels can be removed from the wheel carriage and attached to the arms of the stand while the arms are belted to a tree. The arms of the cart easily pivot 90 degrees to become the vertical frame of the tree stand by removing pins holding the arms. The tree stand is attached to a tree by a T screw and a belt adjustably tightened around the tree. The tree stand has a tiltable seat, which has an adjustable length arm to extend the length of the cart for the size of game to be placed on the cart and for adjusting the height of the seat on the tree stand.
