The TEM computer device is programmed to receive a first data set wherein the first data set includes data related to the a first technology asset, determine at least one evaluation function and at least one categorization function to apply to the first data set, process the first data set using the at least one evaluation function and the at least one categorization function to determine a second data set wherein the second data set includes data related to a technological evaluation of the first technology asset, and generate at least one evaluation output based upon the second data set, wherein the evaluation output represents an output indicating the technological evaluation of the first technology asset.
