  • Patent number: 11783134
Abstract: By extracting clinical data of any format from respective different sources, a data repository normalized to a generic format is created. A medical domain specific language may be used to interact with the data repository for identifying cohorts and gaps in care for the respective cohorts. Any rules for finding gaps in care are converted into the medical domain specific language for determining gaps. This standardization in both the data repository and rule application may allow for a true cost and time to value solution accessible to many different medical practices.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20040204963
Abstract: A system provides access by healthcare payer organization personnel to information maintained by a healthcare provider organization. An acquisition processor acquires and collates information from one or more healthcare provider organization information systems including: patient medical eligibility determination related information; patient admission, discharge, and transfer related information; and patient clinical information. An authentication processor verifies that a healthcare payer organization user is authorized to access the acquired collated patient information in response to user entered identification data. A user interface generator provides data representing a display image including elements of the acquired and collated information to an authorized user in response to user command.
