  • Patent number: 12564764
Abstract: A first mobile device displays a visual representation of at least a portion of a basketball court and receives user input indicating a sequence of actions to be performed on the basketball court by a player. The first mobile device encodes the sequence of actions into a data structure and sends the data structure to a server to cause the server to initiate a notification to at least at a second mobile device. The second mobile device receives the data structure and displays the visual representation of the basketball court concurrently with at least one user interface element corresponding to at least one action in the sequence of actions. Placement of the at least one user interface element relative to a basketball hoop is determined, at the second mobile device after receipt of the data structure, based at least in part of a profile of the player.

  • Patent number: 8905221
Abstract: An apparatus for stacking items (I) includes first and second pluralities of stacker shelves (22) extending towards each other in spaced and parallel operative sections and each moving along first and second endless paths. The stacker shelves (22) are switchable by a switch (350) between extended and retracted positions. The stacker shelves (22) in retracted positions in the operative sections are operatively spaced from the item (I) received on the corresponding stacker shelves (22) in extended positions. In preferred aspects, the stacker shelves (22) are slideable relative to first and second plurality of carriers (310) carried along the first and second endless paths by roller chains (304). The switch (350) switches a cam follower (328) on each of the stacker shelves (22) into one of first and second cam tracks (342, 344) as the stacker shelves (22) enter the operative sections of the endless paths.

Abstract: A method to provide an information item and information expert to a user includes storing a first information item, task data, and a first expert identifier in a database. The task data includes a plurality of tasks and at least one attribute associated with each of the tasks. The first expert identifier identifies a first expert associated with the first information item and/or the first task. A task information update is created by associating the first information item with the first task in response to determining that it is related to the at least one attribute associated with the first task, and by providing the first expert identifier with the task information update in response to determining that it is associate with at least one of the first information item and the first task. Users that are associated with the first task are then provided the task information update.
