  • Patent number: 7295389
Abstract: A lens barrel includes a lens group that conducts light from a subject, a lens shell that holds the lens group; a string-formed shape memory alloy element that moves the lens shell in a direction of an optical axis, and a pair of guide shafts formed approximately in parallel to the optical axis of the lens group, wherein the lens shell is integrally formed with a cylindrical portion through which one of the guide shafts penetrates, the string-formed shape memory alloy element contacts with a portion of the lens shell at an approximately central portion of the alloy element, and both ends of the alloy element are fixed at respective positions with a line connecting the optical axis of the lens group and a center of the cylindrical portion between the positions.

  • Patent number: 5119118
Abstract: A camera to record an identification data with a subject image. The identification data is superimposed on the subject image in an imprint area within a predetermined area of the photographic film, where the imprint area corresponds to the length of the identification data. A movable masking member masks the imprint area to decrease the luminance of the subject image therein. A controller of the camera determines a masking position of the mask member based on the number of characters of the identification data, and controls a driver to drive the masking member to the masking position. A finder masking member of the camera is linked to the film masking member, and masks an area of the view finder that corresponds to the imprint area of the film for indicating the imprint area in the view finder frame.

  • Patent number: 4643174
Abstract: A back support frame made of a bendable metal wire and having an occiput rest at the top end is detachably mounted about at the center of a back plate and extended upwardly therefrom. A shoulder support frame is attached about at the center of the back support frame and extended therefrom so as to surround the front part of a patient's body. A chest plate is detachably mounted to the lower end of the shoulder support frame. A pair of cheek rest frames are secured about at the center of the shoulder support frame and extended forward orthogonally. Belts are attached at lower left and right ends of the back plate, which are put by way of the armpits around the chest of the patient and detachably secured at their ends to the chest plate.A trunk corset dividable into a cervical spine part, a thoracic spine part, and a lumbar spine part can be assembled so that they are adjustable and rapidly detachable.
