  • Publication number: 20150347077
Abstract: A display device (and method) includes a receiving unit that receives a video signal output from a superordinate device. A display unit displays at least part of the image according to the video signal. A storage unit-stores the resolution of the image to be displayed on the display unit. A connector can be connected to a subordinate display device. A communication unit, when a subordinate display is connected to the connector, receives a second resolution as the resolution notified by the subordinate display device and outputs the video signal to the subordinate display device. A control unit provides notification to the superordinate device of a third resolution according to the first and second resolutions, the first resolution being a resolution of the display unit and being a resolution of an image to be displayed on the display unit, the resolution of the image being previously stored in the storage unit.

  • Publication number: 20140024123
Abstract: Provided is a screening method for a more effective Ras inhibitor. Further provided are amino acid residues at a site important for an interaction with a Ras inhibitor in a Ras polypeptide. By confirming a difference between structural information on the Ras polypeptide by NMR and structural information between a complex of the Ras polypeptide and a seed compound by NMR, a more effective lead compound than the seed compound can be selected. As a result of analysis based on the structural information on the Ras polypeptide by NMR, the amino acid residues capable of interacting with a Ras inhibitor candidate (a) are K5, E37, D38, S39, L56, E63, Y64, A66, M67, Q70, Y71, R73, and T74 with reference to an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1.

  • Publication number: 20120142116
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a co-crystal of a Ras polypeptide which adopts a conformation having a pocket on the molecular surface of Ras and GTP or a GTP analog, a production method for the crystal, and a screening method for a Ras function inhibitor based on information about the conformation obtained by X-ray crystallographic analysis using the crystal. The object is achieved by focusing on a mutation which adopts a conformation having a pocket on the molecular surface of Ras, acquiring a mutant Ras polypeptide having introduced therein such mutation, producing a co-crystal of the mutant Ras polypeptide and a GTP analog, and further subjecting the co-crystal to X-ray crystallographic analysis to acquire structural information about the conformation including information about the structure surrounding the pocket.

  • Publication number: 20020051511
Abstract: There is disclosed a video apparatus, comprising: a serial receiver for receiving, reproducing and outputting a serially transmitted synchronous clock, a control signal, and a signal containing video data; and a phase locked loop (PLL) for generating a differential clock having a phase different from that of the signal input from the serial receiver, and a main clock having a phase different from that of the signal input from the serial receiver, and a frequency twice as much as that of the differential clock, based on the signal input from the serial receiver. It is possible to set optimal timing for a clock signal and a video data signal to the component of the latter part of the serial receiver. Moreover, it is possible to supply a clock signal having no drifting caused by a temperature change to the component of the latter part of the serial receiver.

  • Patent number: 5635993
Abstract: An input signal is input to a detector and a synchronizing frequency of the input signal is detected by a frequency detector. Then, the number of the horizontal lines per vertical period of the input signal is determined according to the synchronizing frequency by a calculator. A control signal for defocusing an electron beam with which a blue fluorescent substance emits light is generated from a defocus controller according to the number of the horizontal lines of the input signal. Here, a range of control signals is previously stored corresponding to a range of numbers of horizontal lines. A focus signal for exactly focusing the electron beam is added to the control signal output from the defocus controller by an adder. Then, the defocus signal is output tom the adder. The defocus signal is amplified by a focus adjusting amplifier 15. The diameter of the electron beam with which the blue fluorescent substance emits the light is controlled according to the amplified defocus signal by a focus adjusting coil.
