Publication number: 20210394664Abstract: With regard to mobile residential facilities such as camping cars, provided is a wing body-type truck vehicle to which a removable residential facility is mounted. When the residential facility is installed inside a cargo compartment of the wing body-type truck vehicle, one or more fixing mechanisms attached to the vehicle (e.g., to the load bed frame of the vehicle) prevent relative movement of the residential facility and the load bed of the vehicle. To separate the residential facility from the cargo compartment, the one or more fixing mechanisms are removed, thus allowing the residential facility to move relative to the load bed frame and be removed.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 7, 2021Publication date: December 23, 2021Inventor: Tohru OHTA

Patent number: 9312549Abstract: The grill shutter is disposed between the front grill and the air intake duct. The grill shutter is capable of opening or closing shutter members and regulating positions of the shutter members when being opened. When a maximum supplied flow rate of air provided by the wind during running is greater than a flow rate of air required for the hydrogen fuel battery, the required flow rate of air is established only by opening/closing control of the shutter members through a grill shutter opening instruction. If this is not the case, the grill shutter members are opened fully through the grill shutter opening instruction to maximize the volume of the wind during running taken in from the front grille. Additionally, a shortfall in the required flow rate of air for the hydrogen fuel battery is compensated for by actuating the blower through a blower speed instruction.Type: GrantFiled: April 13, 2012Date of Patent: April 12, 2016Assignee: SUZUKI MOTOR CORPORATIONInventors: Toshihide Tachibana, Tohru Ohta, Kengo Ikeya, Yoshimasa Matsumoto, Ryuhji Ohtsuka, Yoshifumi Takai, Takanori Murakami

Patent number: 8171819Abstract: A tilt steering apparatus comprises a tilt adjusting mechanism in which a tilt lock release is established only when an oscillation-free end of an operating arm portion of a tilt operating lever is positioned toward a steering wheel side. Even when the tilt operating lever is oscillated to the steering wheel side, the tilt operating lever is prevented from returning under its own weight, thereby preventing it from being difficult to operate. The tilt steering apparatus is configured from an oscillation latch portion formed on the circumference of an oscillation center portion of an oscillation base portion of the tilt operating lever to move reciprocally in the circumferential direction, a hook portion formed in the movable bracket, and a spring that extends between the oscillation latch portion and the hook portion elastically urged in the direction of contraction. The centerline of the spring is able to pass through the oscillation center portion of the tilt operating lever as appropriate.Type: GrantFiled: March 3, 2008Date of Patent: May 8, 2012Assignee: Yamada Manufacturing Co., Ltd.Inventors: Naoki Shimoyama, Tohru Ohta, Kazunari Machida

Patent number: 6137673Abstract: An electric double-layer capacitor includes a plurality of electrode elements each having a current collector, a polarized electrode disposed on a surface thereof, and a strip-like current collecting lead extending from an end of the current collector. The electrode elements are stacked as alternately belonging to respective polarities, and the current collecting leads of the electrode elements are stacked into lead assemblies of the respective polarities. A separator is interposed between the stacked electrode elements, and the lead assemblies are connected respectively to electrode terminals. The lead assemblies of respective polarities serve as respective connectors connected to the electrode terminals. Each of the connectors has a flat joint region as at least a portion thereof. The current collecting leads of each of the lead assemblies are integrally joined to each other by the flat joint region by ultrasonic welding before the connector is connected to the electrode terminal.Type: GrantFiled: January 21, 1999Date of Patent: October 24, 2000Assignee: Honda Giken Kogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Kazuo Andou, Koji Kotani, Takeshi Taguchi, Toshiyuki Matsuoka, Tohru Ohta, Mitsuru Ikeo, Yoshio Yamamoto

Patent number: 4740428Abstract: This invention relates to a fiber-reinforced metallic member in which an essential part is reinforced by inorganic fibers. The fiber-reinforced metallic member is reinforced by means of a fiber shaped body having a low fiber volume proportion which is formed by mixing powder having the same composition as the metal forming a non-reinforced layer thereof or powder consisting of principal components of the metal with inorganic fibers, the particle diameter of the powder being 1 to 20 times as large as a diameter of the inorganic fibers, and compressing and shaping the mixture. It is also possible to place the layer which is reinforced by the fiber shaped body having a low fiber volume proportion, adjacent to the non-reinforced layer, and to increase a fiber volume proportion in the reinforced layer in the direction of separating from the adjacent reinforced layer.Type: GrantFiled: April 23, 1986Date of Patent: April 26, 1988Assignee: Honda Giken Kogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Seiichi Koike, Tohru Ohta, Toshinobu Hata
