  • Patent number: 9828053
Abstract: To improve working efficiency of mounting components in a lower part of a vehicle body, a vehicle assembly line includes a supporting unit to support a vehicle body in a position such that the front direction of the vehicle body is perpendicular to the conveying direction. The supporting unit includes an upstream supporting member and a downstream supporting member provided upstream and downstream of the platform along the conveying direction, respectively. The centers of the support columns fixed to a platform, of the upstream supporting member and the downstream supporting member, are located upstream and downstream, respectively, with respect to a center line CLb of the platform extending in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the platform, and located apart from and opposite to each other across a center line CLa of the platform extending in the conveying direction, to provide a working space for mounting below the vehicle body supported by the carrier device.

  • Publication number: 20010009716
Abstract: Microporous structures characterized by having a three-dimensional interconnecting network skeleton, which are obtained by comprising mixing a thermoplastic resin, a water-soluble organic compound and a water-soluble polymer material and then eliminating said water-soluble organic compound and said water-soluble polymer material by extracting with water. A process for producing microporous structures comprising mixing a thermoplastic resin with water-soluble components which contain a water-soluble organic compound and a water-soluble polymer material, at a specific volume ratio, thus forming a mixture having a three-dimensional interconnecting network skeleton made of said thermoplastic resin wherein said water-soluble components are maintained, bringing said mixture into contact with water and thus extracting and eliminating said water-soluble components from said mixture, wherein a volume ratio of the water-soluble organic compound to the water-soluble polymer material ranges from 35 to 95/65 to 5.

  • Patent number: 4948868
Abstract: A polyamide comprising from 60 to 100% by mole of divalent terephthaloylalkylenediamine constituent units (a), from 0 to 40% by mole of divalent diacyloylalkylenediamine constituent units (b) and from 0.1 to 5% by mole of trivalent diacyloylalkylenediamine units (c), said constituent units (a), (b) and (c) being arranged at random to provide a branched linear structure, said polyamide being free from a gel-forming cross-linked structure and soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid and having: an intrinsic viscosity [.eta.] of from 0.5 to 3 dl/g, as measured in concentrated sulfuric acid at a temperature of 30.degree. C., a melting point of from 280.degree. C. to 370.degree. C. and a glass transition temperature of from 100.degree. C. to 160.degree. C., as measured by means of a differential scanning calorimeter at a heating rate of 10.degree. C./min., and a crystallinity of from 10 to 30%, as measured by X-ray diffractometry.

  • Patent number: 4339615
Abstract: In a process for producing resorcinol, which comprises cleaving m-diisopropylbenzene dihydroperoxide in the presence of a water-soluble acid catalyst in a mixed solvent consisting of an aromatic hydrocarbon and acetone, treating the resulting acid cleavage product containing resorcinol with an aqueous solution of a neutral salt under acidic conditions, separating the solvent layer containing resorcinol from the aqueous layer, and recovering resorcinol from the separated solvent layer; the improvement wherein (i) the acid cleavage is carried out while maintaining the weight ratio of the aromatic hydrocarbon to acetone at less than 0.6, and at a time after formation of the acid cleavage product but before the treatment of the cleavage product with the aqueous solution of the neutral salt, the amount of the aromatic hydrocarbon in the mixed solvent is adjusted so that the weight ratio of the aromatic hydrocarbon to acetone in the product is from 0.6 to 1.
