  • Patent number: 10525661
Abstract: In a nonwoven fabric, uniaxially oriented bodies each including a thermoplastic resin layer and first and second adhesive layers respectively stacked on both surfaces of the thermoplastic resin layer and having melting points lower than that of a thermoplastic resin constituting the thermoplastic resin layer are warp-weft laminated with the first or second adhesive layer interposed between the uniaxially oriented bodies in such a manner that orientation axes thereof intersect each other. The nonwoven fabric has a mass per unit area of 5 to 13 g/m2, a layer composition ratio of the first adhesive layer, the thermoplastic resin layer, and the second adhesive layer in each of the uniaxially oriented bodies is 20/60/20 to 30/40/30, and an average value of bending resistances by a cantilever method is less than or equal to 50 mm.

  • Publication number: 20090291251
Abstract: A net-like material having an excellent heat shielding property while capable of transmitting light is provided. Net-like material 2 is formed by laminating two sheets of uniaxially stretched split fiber film 21 such that the stretching directions thereof are orthogonal to each other. Particles are added to the base resin of uniaxially stretched split fiber film 21. The particles are added to the resin in a range of 0.5 to 3 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the resin such that the average particle diameter of the particles is not less than 0.8 ?m and the proportion of particles having a particle diameter that is not less than 0.4 ?m is not less than 90%.

  • Publication number: 20050123720
Abstract: A laminate sheet has a base layer, and a first uniaxially stretched reticular film and a second uniaxially stretched reticular film laminated to the top and back surfaces of the base layer, respectively. Each of the uniaxially stretched reticular films is made of a thermoplastic resin of the same type. The respective uniaxially stretched reticular films are laminated to the base through thermo-compression bonding with their stretching directions oriented perpendicular to each other.

  • Patent number: 6136414
Abstract: An embossed sheet which is excellent in embossing properties, whitening resistance and transparency, can be prepared by using a resin composition containing specific ratios of (A) polypropylene having a specific melting point of 125.degree. C. or higher, (B) ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer having specific properties and (C) random copolymer of aromatic vinyl compound and conjugated diene compound having specific properties. Further, the present invention provides the laminates which is made using the above embossed sheet and the method for producing them.
