  • Publication number: 20130169090
Abstract: A brush motor includes a case, a rotor containing a wiring portion wound around an iron core fixed to a shaft, a bearing making a sliding contact with the shaft to support the shaft, and a holder holding the bearing. The holder is made of resin, and includes a central portion with a cylindrical shape, containing an inner circumferential side into which the bearing is inserted, and a top portion protruding from an opening formed in the case; and an outer circumferential portion shielding the inner surface side of the exterior case and the winding portion. Thereby, the reliability of the motor can be improved.

  • Patent number: 8299690
Abstract: The invention provides a rotating electrical machine provided with stable rotation characteristics for enabling each core to be reliably fixed in arranging a plurality of cores annularly around the rotor even when the dimensional error occurs in manufacturing accuracy of each core, causing each division core itself to enhance the cooling property, and resolving instability of magnetic reluctance between division cores, where the rotating electrical machine has a plurality of stator cores obtained by laminating electromagnetic steel plates, winding coils wound around the stator cores via insulators, a pair of first and second bracket members that hold the plurality of stator cores from the front and back in the rotary shaft direction of the magnet rotor, and a fastening member that couples the first and second bracket members, in the first bracket member is formed a first contact surface for striking one end face of each of the stator cores to regulate so as to arrange the plurality of stator cores annularly,

  • Patent number: 7459813
Abstract: An electromagnetic device includes a magnet rotor having a rotary shaft and a stator having an excitation coil configured to apply a rotation force to the rotor. The magnet rotor includes a hollow cylindrical permanent magnet, a rotary shaft disposed in a hollow space portion of the permanent magnet, and a driving arm that rotates around the rotary shaft integrally with the permanent magnet. The magnet and driving arm are reliably secured, not easily separated during use, and includes a structure that facilitates machining and assemble.

  • Patent number: 7344255
Abstract: At least a pair of light amount adjusting plates is allocated at peripheral side rim portions of a light path through which light from a light source is projected. These light amount adjusting plates are drivable between a narrow-down position in which they enter into the light path and a retreat position in which they retreat to outside of the light path. A restriction member such as a stopper member restricts a rotation of the light amount adjusting plate at the retreat position, and a holding unit holds the light amount adjusting plate to this restriction member. The restriction member blocks a predetermined angle or further rotation of the light amount adjusting plate, and the holding unit, such as a spring or a magnet, biases the light amount adjusting plate to the restriction member.
