    Abstract: An undergarment in one embodiment includes a tubular torso portion with straps comprising a resiliently deformable material, long enough to about cover a portion of the intended wearer's buttocks and is made of a deformable material with a modulus low enough that the garment will not bunch up while being worn, while having sufficient modulus so that the portion of the garment that at least partially covers the buttocks remains snug and causes the garment to adhere to the intended wearer's buttocks so as to prevent the garment from substantially shifting out of position.

Additionally, this disclosure is also to a pair of gussets for use with a movable material. The pair of gussets includes a first material forming individual gussets of the pair of gussets having different grain than the movable material. Attachment regions in the individual gussets are for the movable material to include the individual gussets adjacent to at least two openings constructed for a wearer of the movable material.

    Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for modifying a layout associated with data to reduce the amount of paper used when generating a paper copy of the data. Responsive to receiving an input to modify a layout associated with data presented on a computing device for printing, the layout is modified. In one embodiment, a type associated with the data is determined, and a modified layout is generated based on the type. For example, the layout is differently modified if the data is an electronic document, a spreadsheet, a Web page or another type of data. In one embodiment, the modified layout is displayed on a display and the data and the modified layout are transmitted to a printer responsive to an input confirming the modified layout.

The insertion tool is operable to drive the implantable marker into the bone. The method includes puncturing the skin with an instrument, driving the implantable marker into the bone and withdrawing the instrument, leaving the marker implanted within the bone.

    Abstract: A system and method for performing seismic prospecting and monitoring during drilling of a well are disclosed. The system generates energy, such as acoustic vibrations and electromagnetic energy, at a downhole location and imparts the same into the surrounding earth. The energy may be imparted by the drilling operation itself, or may be generated by a downhole apparatus. Downhole sensors are provided which sense the energy after it has passed through the earth surrounding the wellbore. The sensed energy is either communicated to the surface, or is communicated to a downhole computer for analysis, with the results of the analysis communicated to the surface. Due to the use of both downhole generation and sensing of the energy, high frequency energy may be used. As a result, the resolution of the resulting survey is improved over techniques which utilize surface detectors for energy traveling through the earth.

    Abstract: An expandable ignition chamber within an upstanding cylinder is formed between its base and a massive free piston. Initial detonation of a combustible gas mixture within the chamber drives the piston upwardly to expose in sequence a series of vertically spaced gas inlets in the cylinder wall, through which the supply of gas is replenished to support a corresponding sequence of additional rapidly timed detonations. Repetitive seismic pulses are thereby supplied by the downward thrust of the base which is itself slidable with respect to the cylinder walls.
