Abstract: An exercise apparatus may include a first horizontal bar, a second horizontal bar, a titled body supporting unit, a supporting assembly and an adjusting unit. In one embodiment, both the first horizontal bar and second horizontal bar are located at a rear portion of the exercise equipment, so the user can fully extend his arms and stretch the back muscle and cervical spine when grasping the horizontal bar. The adjusting unit is used to adjust the titled angle of the titled body supporting unit. The user can hold either the first or second horizontal bar and lay the body on top of the titled body supporting unit, such that the titled body supporting unit can sustain a substantial portion of the user's weight to enable the user to lift the body with the arms holding on the horizontal bar, even though the user is elder or overweight.

Abstract: A downward pressing structure for punching machine comprises a pressure handle, at least two linking posts, a restoring spring, a cutter plate and a machine base, wherein, the machine base has a perpendicular plate having pivoted bolts. The cutter plate comprises cutter heads extending from the lower end, and vertical sliding slots on top portion for insertion of the pivoted bolts, thus, the cutter plate slides up and down there along the machine base. Each linking post has one end pivoted to the machine base, and an adjacent portion with respect to the end pivoted to the cutter plate, and whereas the other end of each linking post is pivoted to the pressure handle. The restoring spring has its two ends pivoted to the pressure handle and the machine base, respectively.

Abstract: A structure of a punch system comprises a punch head set, a linking gear, and an activating board. Wherein the punch head set comprises a series of cutters at bottom and teeth along the two inner sides. The linking gear is formed with a gear wheel and an idle gear in the same shaft. The idle gear is sleeved in the punch head set and meshes with the teeth of the punch head set. The activating board also comprises teeth extending along two sides vertically and meshes with the gear wheel, thus by pressing the activating board, the gear wheel, the idle gear and the punch head set are both linked to decent, simultaneously.

Abstract: An improved cutter system having a plurality of cutters with inclined cutting edges which are alternately inclined to provide a cleaner cut of paper or other material.
