The low-profile, high-load-capacity roller assemblies are manufactured from a material designed to carry a heavy load, which material will not wear away as the carrier pipe is pushed or pulled through the casing pipe. The wheels of the low-profile, high-load-capacity roller assemblies are manufactured from an electronically isolating material to prevent contact of dissimilar metals, thereby mitigating galvanic corrosion.
