Abstract: A fluid connector generally including a female housing, a male conduit insertable in the female housing in coupling relation therewith, a sealing assembly disposed between the housing and the inserted conduit, and a retainer for releasably retaining the conduit in the housing. A conical compression spring is provided in the housing for forcing the conduit out of the housing unless it is fully and properly inserted and maintained in position by the retainer.
