Abstract: Disclosed is a system for transferring funds from ATM to ATM by performing a Debit Transfer transaction. The system provides the consumer with an alternative service for making a money transfer. Today, there is no commercial self-service electronic process in the market that enables the consumer to perform a money transfer transaction electronically directly from ATM to ATM. With Person-to-Person Debit Transfer System money can be sent from an ATM by a Cardholder and the recipient being an “unbanked” customer can pick up the funds without any type of credit card. The present invention provides a method for quick cash for emergencies for family members, business associates, students and “unbanked” customers.
