  • Patent number: 11656375
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and method of measuring hydrophone impedance are provided herein. A sensor can convert an acoustic wave received via a liquid medium into an electric signal. A signal encoder can be coupled with the sensor to receive the electric signal. A test signal generator can be coupled in series with the sensor and the signal encoder and can generate a test signal. The test signal can measure an impedance of the sensor. A switch component can be coupled in series with the sensor, the signal encoder, and the test signal generator. The switch component can route the test signal to a first terminal of the sensor and through a second terminal of sensor during a first operational state. The switch component can route the test signal to the second terminal of the sensor and through the first terminal of sensor during a second operational state.

  • Patent number: 10937034
Abstract: In various embodiments, systems, methods, and techniques are disclosed for generating a collection of clusters of related data from a seed to assist in detection of financial malfeasance. Seeds may be generated based on seed generation strategies or rules. Clusters may be generated by, for example, retrieving a seed, adding the seed to a first cluster, retrieving a clustering strategy or rules, and adding related data (such as trades, emails or chat messages) and/or data entities to the cluster based on the clustering strategy. Various cluster scores may be generated based on attributes of data in a given cluster, and the clusters may be displayed and ranked based on their scores. Various embodiments may enable an analyst to review clusters of trades, emails and/or chat messages that are the most likely to reveal financial malfeasance.

  • Patent number: 10712458
Abstract: Systems and methods of optical link communication with seismic data acquisition units are provided. The systems and methods can perform at least portions of seismic data acquisition survey. A plurality of seismic data acquisition units can be deployed on a seabed. An optical communications link can be established between an extraction vehicle and at least one of the seismic data acquisition units. A frequency of the at least one seismic data acquisition unit can be syntonized or synchronized via the optical communications link. The at least one seismic data acquisition unit can be instructed to enter a low power state subsequent to syntonizing the frequency of the at least one seismic data acquisition unit. The seismic data acquisition unit can exit the low power state and acquire seismic data in an operational state.

  • Patent number: 10552998
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a data analysis system configured to implement cross-application coordination between a chart creation tool and a data analysis workspace, in order to create one or more charts from customized sets of data points, synchronize chart manipulations between charts, and drill down into the metadata of data points in the created charts. The user uses the data analysis workspace to select, remove, or cherry-pick data items to be used to create a chart, which may be transmitted from the workspace to the chart creation tool as data points. In addition, the user may select the data points in the chart to retrieve one or more identifiers to be transmitted back to the workspace, where they are used to identify the data items associated with the data points, and retrieve the full metadata of the data items.

  • Patent number: 6624056
Abstract: Techniques are described for semiconductor chips with reduced capacitive power dissipation as a result of improved conductor line spacing. The approaches are particularly applicable to 0.25 micron chip design processes and below. According to one aspect, where there are n available metallization layers available to the designer, a smaller number of layers, such as n−1, are utilized initially in developing a routing design. Then, at least one further metallization layer is used to systematically route conductors, such as bus conductors, to increase the number of metal pitches between conductors, by promoting conductors from one layer to another.

  • Patent number: 6591025
Abstract: A fiber optic acoustic sensor system including an optical conductor having low reflectivity mirrors is provided. Optical sensors are provided by sections of the optical conductor bounded by pairs of the low reflectivity mirrors. Pulses of light are injected into the optical conductor and reflected by the low reflectivity mirrors. The reflected pulses of light are processed using a compensating interferometer to generate interference patterns representative of the environmental conditions acting upon the optical conductor.
