The end cap has a receptacle configured to receive the inductive component along a longitudinal direction, a jaw extending in the longitudinal direction, and a guide device disposed on the jaw and configured to allow turning of a wire thereon.

Abstract: A pin contact for pressing into electrical engagement with a plated section in a hole in a circuit board. The contact includes a deformable portion for engaging the plated section with a feed-through portion and a terminal portion at opposite ends thereof. An end part of the deformable portion adjacent to the feed-through portion is deformed prior to insertion of the deformable portion into the hole. This substantially eliminates deviation of the feed-through portion from a central longitudinal axis or rotational deviation of the contact caused by pressing of the contact into the hole. A method and apparatus for making the contact are also disclosed.

Abstract: A system includes a first and second circuit electromagnetically coupled to establish a contact-less transmission, for example, between a vehicle body and a removable seat of the vehicle body. The first circuit includes a first inductor and the second circuit includes a second inductor. In order to detect in the first circuit the status of one or more input signals of the second circuit, the second circuit includes a signal generating portion including a resistor and a capacitor that generates, a time-pulsed signal. The second circuit is adapted to set a value of at least one of the resistor and the capacitor based on a sensed parameter and sets a duty cycle of the time-pulsed signal based on a value of at least one of the resistor and the capacitor. The time-pulsed signal changes a load of the second circuit over time which can be detected in the first circuit.

Abstract: A printed circuit board provided with an attachment which surrounds surface contacts of the printed circuit board that are to be contacted by a printed circuit board connector that covers the portion of the printed circuit board and edges of the printed circuit board around the surface contacts and includes recesses corresponding to the surface contacts assuring proper connection with contacts of a printed circuit board connector.
